Boavista is a fantastic ECO friendly rural retreat just outside the village of Over Kellet that overlooks the tranquil waters of Jackdaw Quarry, where you can scuba dive or swim in the open water when the dive centre is open.
The 3 Bedroom cottage has everything you need including a SIX person a Hot Tub , a 75 inch 4K TV with Netflix, Freesat in every bedroom, Fully equipped kitchen, a Balcony overlooking the water and with views of the mountains in the distance, a terrace area facing west where you can enjoy an evening BBQ whilst the sun sets over Morecambe bay. Decieving property size as its built into the rocks. Upon approaching the property it looks like its a single story, however once you are inside it opens up like a tardis to reveal lots of space to enjoy your holiday. The cottage is within a 20 minute drive of the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales as well as being just a few miles from Morecambe Bay. The cottage has solar panels and an Air Source Heat Pump for the Hot Tub to reduce its carbon footprint substantially.
Open water swimming or Scuba diving is on yoiur doorstep via the Capernwray Dive centre (book in advance). Fishing lakes are nearby at Clearwater Fisheries (Also Known As Borwick Lakes). Canal and many other walks are also within minutes of the cottage.
The cottage is within 20 - 30 mins of the Lakes, North Yorkshire Moors and Morecambe Bay, which means you are ideally positioned to explore this beautiful part of Northern England. So much to see click here
